CWSA offers a variety of screen printed and embroidered apparel items, including tshirts, hooded sweatshirts, staff jackets and caps. Orders are placed once per year at registration. Just print the order form below and follow the instructions on the form for placing your order. Please provide a separate check for spiritwear, made payable to CWSA.
